Shipping & Returns

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

All orders are packed and sent from the UK within 1–3 working days. We use trusted couriers such as UPS and DPD, choosing the most reliable service for your location.

As a guide:

UK: 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–7 working days
USA & Rest of World: 5–10 working days

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Duties & Taxes

For customers in the EU and USA, the price you see is the price you pay.

We cover all duties and taxes, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

For orders outside these regions, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

All our packaging is reusable, recycled and/or biodegradable.

Returns

We offer free returns on all UK orders.

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused
In the same condition you received it
In the original packaging

Returns must be sent within 30 days of purchase. During the holiday period, this may be extended, but items must be returned no later than 5th January.

How to return

To start a return, email us at hello@wildishstore.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

For UK orders, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

For international orders, you’ll need to arrange and cover the return shipping. If you’re returning an item over £75, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If your item isn’t quite right and you’d prefer an exchange, just email us at hello@wildishstore.com and we’ll sort it.

Custom items

We’re unable to accept returns on any items that have been customised.

Gift returns

If your item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit once the return has been received and approved.
