Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)

This page explains your statutory right to withdraw from a purchase if your order is delivered within the European Union.

Your Right to Cancel

If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

Returning the Goods

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging so they can be resold.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned, we will refund:

• The full purchase price of the goods.

• The original standard delivery charge (where required by law).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

Please note that if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund as permitted by law.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

• Goods that have been clearly personalised or made to your specifications.

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

• Perishable goods.

• Any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Where one of these exceptions applies, it will be made clear on the relevant product page.
