Shipping policy

We offer free standard UK shipping & returns on all orders over £100.

For international orders we ship with UPS or DPD and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All taxes on European orders are covered by us. So there should be no fees to pay on arrival.

There may be import taxes to pay if you purchase from outside the EU.

For orders under £100 in the UK the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. We will always use the most reliable and affordable service we can.  

All our packaging is reusable, recycled and/or biodegradable.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The only circumstance when this is extended is during the holidays. However, bags must be returned in new condition and no later than the 5th of Jan. Please get in touch if you have any questions about our returns policy.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. On orders over £100 please contact us and we will send a label so you can post your bag back to us free of charge. For orders under £100, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. If your order was placed from outside of the UK then you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
