I bought a bag from you for my son recently. He does his research, and had found you online and steered me in your direction when he realised your shop is just across the hill from me. Being in the shop is a pleasure, aesthetically and socially: great welcome, great coffee, great merchandise. My son glowed so much about the bag that I bought one for myself, so now I too am cool. (He says he'd love a little loop he can clip his keys to, and I agree. No stars subtracted!) You have managed to embody a whole ethos in a range of such thoughtful, subtle ways, and it opens up (non-intrusively and without hectoring) into further and further dimensions. Your advertising - perhaps I should say your use of media - is exemplary. The scale of your operation, and your attentiveness to detail - as illustrated by your brilliant response to Tobin S. below - makes the whole enterprise a superb example of how human commerce should be conducted. I know that's a bit grand, but one of the consequences of such excellence is the kind of brand loyalty that bigger operations can only envy, and I feel as though I am addressing friends.

I was so pleased to find this wonderful bag, I had been searching for a bag for over 3 years and had been disappointed with the other options from other retailers.
I was on holiday and the hosts suggested to visit your amazing shop, it was really well put together and stood out from the other shops on the high street. The warm welcome on each time I visited really made me feel at home and it isn't alway the experience I receive. I loved how knowledgeable and passionate everyone was. The range of other products really complemented the bags and other branded products.
I loved finding out about the history of the bags and love how well designed they are. I wish I could have purchased the tote bag but had to make a choice, which wasn't easy! I have worked in retail most of my life and it is so refreshing to find a special shop like yours especially in the current retail climate.

I really love the eco friendly solution, if the bag gets warn out or damaged it can be sent back to be repaired. This is such a rare quality that other manufacturers often don't care about. I love the colour and detailing especially knowing who made my bag which is a really important issue for me.
Next time I visit I will be back hopefully to purchase the tote bag particularly if it was made in a selection of colour options. Thanks for making such a wonderful company lifestyle shop.

I've only had this about a month but already done a couple of trips with it. The quality is fantastic and it's nice to have natural materials instead of plastic! The finish is great and it feels sturdy and built to last. I wish more businesses had the same ethos - the world would be a better place.

I purchased this bag to use when I was volunteering at a festival for Oxfam. I was very aware that I would need a bag that I could wear at all times that could contain my valuables. Having just got back from said festival I can confirm that the bag was perfect - held all that I needed at all times - purse, phone, keys, hand sanitizer, loo paper (!!). It was comfortable to wear for many hours at a time and wiped down well to remove any marks. Perfect for my needs!

I love this wallet! Perfect size to hold cards / cash / id card plus a little more. It fits in my jacket pocket perfectly, and the inner pocket is high enough for whatever goes in there to not come out into the main space when the zip is closed. The dry-waxed canvas is awesome too, the right blend of soft but tough. Definitely found a key piece of edc!
