We work with people who care deeply about their craft, and we only make what we know we can stand behind.
Material highlights
Halley Stevensons have been waterproofing and dyeing fabrics for 160 years in Dundee.
The dry-waxed canvas we use is an 8 oz rip-stop organic cotton canvas, which has been impregnated with a unique dry wax blend for increased water repellency.
Design notes
I wanted to make a bag for the days when you don’t need a backpack, but your pockets are already full.
Somewhere for your phone, keys, wallet and the little bits you take everywhere.
With the Field Crossbody, we’ve kept things simple. Every extra seam and component adds time and cost, so we thought carefully about what it actually needed. That’s helped us make a more affordable bag, while keeping the material quality high and making it here in Britain.
